By default, RLink Lite functions as a client device, allowing users to submit online service requests and schedule appointments for remote assistance with complex repairs, or to perform dealer-level diagnostics locally using OE software. Not only cutting outsourcing costs, but also improving service efficiency.

Business Mode

When granted expert access, it transforms into an expert terminal, allowing technicians to receive orders and provide remote support using OE tools or diagnostic scanners. The ProConnect feature lets you connect to vehicles by selecting the protocol, pin, and baud rate, with no brand limitations.
